These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Endstation LLC ("Endstation," "we," "us") that governs your use of endstation.ai and the AI Workbench at chat.endstation.ai (together, the "Services"). Read them carefully. By using the Services you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using them, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are not barred from using the Services under the laws of your jurisdiction.
2. What the Services are (and aren't)
Endstation operates a marketing website and an AI Workbench. The Workbench is a development and training environment that lets you send prompts to large language models, compare models, toggle tools, and see how these systems behave under different configurations. It exists so operations teams and developers can learn applied AI.
The Workbench is not:
- A production system for business-critical workflows
- A healthcare tool. Do not submit Protected Health Information (PHI). The Workbench is not HIPAA-compliant.
- A legal, medical, tax, or financial advice service
- A data store. We do not retain your chat content, so treat every session as ephemeral.
Large language model outputs can be incorrect, biased, misleading, or entirely fabricated. You must not rely on outputs for decisions of consequence without independent verification. Outputs are not advice.
3. Your account
To use the Workbench, you sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Don't share your sign-in with anyone else. Notify us at info@endstation.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for anything illegal, fraudulent, or intended to harm others.
- Submit content that contains Protected Health Information, payment card data, biometric data, government ID numbers, or other regulated categories of information.
- Attempt to extract model weights, reverse-engineer the Services, or exfiltrate data from underlying providers.
- Abuse free-trial credits (for example, by creating multiple accounts to bypass the cap) or otherwise circumvent rate limits, access controls, or billing.
- Generate content that is defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes third-party intellectual property.
- Interfere with the Services or attempt to compromise their security.
- Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Services without our written permission.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.
We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of this section, with or without notice.
5. Trial usage and limits
Free trial accounts are capped at 5 messages total, enforced per Google account. We reserve the right to change the trial terms, adjust the cap, or end free access at any time without notice.
6. Intellectual property
What you bring in
You retain ownership of the prompts, files, and content you submit to the Workbench. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process that content solely to operate the Services, for example, forwarding your prompt to the model provider you selected and displaying the response to you.
What comes out
Outputs are generated by third-party AI models. Ownership, permitted uses, and restrictions on outputs are governed by the terms of the underlying model provider (for example, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, or others). You are responsible for understanding and complying with those terms before relying on or redistributing outputs.
What we own
Endstation owns the Services, including the software, design, brand, and documentation. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the Services except as permitted by applicable law.
7. Third-party services
The Workbench forwards your prompts to third-party LLM providers via OpenRouter and, when enabled, sends search queries to Serper. Your use of those providers through the Workbench is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their output, their handling of your data, or their availability.
8. Termination
You can stop using the Services at any time. We can terminate or suspend your access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12) will survive.
9. No warranty
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of outputs. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant that any LLM output is correct, complete, or free from bias or hallucination.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Endstation LLC and its principals, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars ($100) or the amount you paid Endstation in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Endstation from any claim, loss, damage, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing any claim, please email info@endstation.ai so we can try to resolve it informally. Many things can be sorted out over a conversation.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will update the effective date and, where practical, notify you by email or through an in-product notice. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Endstation regarding the Services. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them freely.
